Yes. This situation is what I have described in my "fluidice//traction fluidice" model. In the "now" there is a configuration linked by event resonance to past & future. Yet, as I have stressed in my paper on "The Material Reality of Telepathy" (SPACE seminars nov.2000 )this model of a configurational, orderly matrix interpenetrating material structure is presented as the vehicle of action/perception. There is more activity in the form of "what scans" through the fluidice lens..

Yes. But I think Peter has something important to add in his following commentary which is similar to my codecil that I know I am presenting in my "fluidice//traction fluidice" model so far simply "the means by which material reality is actualized/scanned" rather than the entire process in material/fluidice matrix only. This is similar to Goedel's idea of the inability to observe the master set by any element embedded in that set. Thus:

I think this commentary moves in the right direction in assuming that there will be "akashic attractors"--a term I find awkward. Here is what I have experienced. At different moments in interdimensional time the individual cogntions/viewer will be CAPABLE of different levels of action/recognition. Thus fragments of an event which IS ACTUALLY in the matrix materially may reach the "akashic attractor" (ugh) as relatively true but incomprehensible simply because the context of recognition is not known, has been forgotten or is a future event in the matrix. An analogy to this--very simple but comprehensible--is to put a Word 97 file into a Word 95 context. The software cannot read the file but knows it is a Word file. Some bits of information may cross the barrier as word salad, disconnected oracular letters and phrases.Whereas, a Word 95 file is a Word 2000 context can be scanned and immediately translated. Ditto for files in Japanese, etc.
The task is to reach a topological method of scanning which creates an "akashic attractor" (ugh) capable of the realization: "This must be Word 97 from the future of my Word 95. I must access a further topology and better grasp why this is Word 97." Here, of course, that vexing "I" enters the scene. Who R "I"?

When I was a child, I had a book called "The Borrowers" which was about a race of small people who behaved exactly as you describe. In the book, this was similar to the homeless people said to live at an undisclosed location in NYC's labyrinthine subway system. They had a "secret" place somewhere in the house, where they used such items as thread spools for tables and chairs. A delightful book!
BTW: the "secret underground village" of the homeless actually exists and was documented by a tv reporter in the city who went there blindfolded. It is a village of tents and wagons completely underground and with access to all the modern facilities of NYC without paying the staggering rents here. One man who was interviewed told the reporter he had a job and bank account (probably even health insurance) but preferred to be economical by living in the abandoned subway tunnel.
Now, back to the idea of interdimensional INTELLIGENCE & LIVING ENERGY FORMS rather than simply "accidentally on purpose" glitches in the Master Interdimensional Co-ordination System. Theoretically, I tend to agree with physicist Henry Stapp on the issue of what he has termed "feel" being extremely important here. Something "wills" or "wishes" transdimensional events into existence.
For example: in the HCE carving I found on the talisman in my driveway I saw right away a physics formula since I have been drafting a talk which uses terms symbolized by those initials. I do discuss red shift, H, Hubble's constant, in my draft.So I saw in the tiny carving what was most accessible to my conscious recognition. But David Gladstone sent me an email informing me that HCE was a symbolic acronym used by James Joyce throughout FINNEGANS'S WAKE. I asked Gladstone to give me page references. He refused telling me F.W. was a "short book", tweaking me for being "lazy", and telling me to find the page reference myself. I replied with the news that F.W. was a "long book" and that my ancestors on my Mother's side come from County Joyce near Connemara,  Ireland.,the country where the "Gael Talk" is still spoken. The blood of Finnegan runs redly and sometimes madly and willfully in my veins.
In this humorous frame of mind, and taking it as my heredtary right to know such things, I marched to FINNEGAN'S WAKE--which was lying in paperback form on my telephone table--and opened it willfully at random, not wanting to violate my lazy and libertine lifestyle.Here is the quotation from James Joyce I found in that one moment:
"...wishing the loff a falladelfian in the morning, proceeded with a Hubble-forth slouch in his slips backwards (Es Cur Heli!) in the directions of the duff and demb institutions about ten or eleven hundred years lurch away in the moonshiny gorge of Parself on the Bach.Adyoe!" p.73.Viking Press Portable Edition 4th printing 1945.
Obviously, this quote has resonance on the issues of both Hubble's constant H (red shift)and the idea of "backward causality" for it was first published in 1939 before your present correspoindent was born. The Initials from the Latin quote ECH are exactly the reverse of the initials HCE in the tiny carving I found on the talismanic staff.
So now the question emerges: Was this carving made by a human hand or am I receiving guidance from another form of intelligence able to use transdimensional "borrowing" to poke my realizations?.
